These terms govern your use of Online Padel Coaching ("OPC", "we", "us"), at onlinepadelcoaching.com (the "Platform"). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Platform, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
OPC is operated by Daniel Buser, trading as Online Padel Coaching, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. Contact:

2. What OPC is
OPC is a marketplace connecting padel players with independent coaches for online video-based coaching. Coaches are independent providers, not employees of OPC. We facilitate the connection, payments, and coaching tools; we do not ourselves provide the coaching.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 (or have a parent/guardian agree on your behalf) and able to enter a binding contract.
4. The coaching subscription
A player subscription is £99/month, billed monthly on a rolling basis. Each month includes: one video review per week (four per month), a private coaching thread for questions, and a monthly focus set by your coach. Reviews are delivered asynchronously (no live/scheduled calls). Service levels depend on you uploading your weekly clip; unused reviews do not roll over.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to upload only content you have the right to share, to use the Platform lawfully, and not to misuse, copy, resell, or redistribute coaches' video reviews or materials, which remain the intellectual property of the coach/OPC and are licensed to you for personal use.
6. Coaches
Coaches set their availability and deliver reviews in good faith. OPC vets coaches before approval but does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from coaching.
7. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise recurring monthly charges until you cancel. OPC retains a 20% platform fee; coaches receive 80%.
8. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from your dashboard (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy).
9. Availability & changes
We may update, suspend, or change features of the Platform. We'll give reasonable notice of material changes to the service or these terms.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, OPC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for injury arising from acting on coaching advice — coaching is guidance, and you are responsible for playing within your own physical limits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g. for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
11. Termination
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and disputes are subject to the courts of the United Kingdom.
